Terra Siesta Mobile Home Park - Ellenton

Our community is a 55-plus, resident-owned community of 539 units on 300 acres. We are professionally managed by a State of Florida licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM). Terra Siesta, which started out as a mobile home park in the 1960s, changed in 1983 when residents bought the park and incorporated it as a cooperative. In March 2014 residents paid off a $9 million mortgage and now own the property free and clear.
Terra Siesta hosts approximately 40 regular activities, including dinner parties, day trips, cards/games and dancing.
